It is important that you do these penis enlargement
exercises regularly for about two months for best
male enhancement results. The recommended schedule for performing penis
enlargement exercises is to do three days of exercises
followed by two days without penis exercises.
Warm Up and Cool Down
Before you do penis enlargement exercises, especially
the Long Schlong, wrap a hot towel around your penis for
a few minutes. Do the same after you have completed your
penis enlargement exercises for the day.
The PC Flex
If you exercise this muscle regularly, you will get
harder erections as a result. You know that muscle you
use to stop peeing? Well, you will be flexing that
muscle for the PC Flex. You can identify this muscle
because when you flex it, you will feel a sensation
under your scrotum before your anus. All you have to do
is continue flexing this muscle for five minutes daily.
The PC muscle can help you to stop premature ejaculation
and to ejaculate when it is right for you. If you only
do this exercise, you will add girth to your penis.
- First Week: Flex five minutes
- Second Week: Flex ten minutes
- Third Week: Flex twenty minutes
- Fourth Week: Flex thirty minutes
- After the fourth week, maintain the PC Flex
daily for thirty minutes.
The Long Schlong
The Long Schlong is for lengthening your penis and may
cause an erection when you first try it out. The Long
Schlong works by stretching the penis. The basic hold
for this exercise is the "O" grip made by making a
circle with your forefinger and thumb. What you will
doing is stretching the penis in different directions:
up, down, left, right and straight out with a massage in
between each direction. You should not feel any pain
when you are doing this exercise correctly, you will
only feel a stretching sensation.
To do The Long Schlong, take and hold your penis just
below the head with an "O" grip. Stretch your penis out
in front of you and hold the position for fifteen
seconds then massage the penis. Complete four sets with
the five stretching directions (up, down, left, right,
straight out).
The Jelq Manoeuvre
The Jelq Manoeuvre is for adding girth to your penis and
lubrication is used with this exercise. You should do
this exercise last because you will have a hard time
gripping your penis for the other exercises after using
the lubrication. You will need a partial erection for
this erection. If you can still bend your erection, that
is about the right hardness for this exercise.
Use an "O" grip at the base of your penis and slide your
grip towards the head of your penis, moving your blood
towards the top (not just the skin). When you have
reached the head of your penis, switch hands and do the
same with the other hand.
First Week: Do twenty-five repetitions
Second Week: Do fifty repetitions in sets of twenty-five
repetitions with a penis massage in between sets.
Every Week After: Add twenty-five repetitions until you
have reached two-hundred repetitions.
If you want your weekends to be free of penis
enlargement exercises, try doing the exercises Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with no exercises on the
other days.
